We offer remote support for our clients and people that need technical support with their home or office computer or company server. We can either help you train remotely or fix issues. For our existing clients, depending on your contract, remote technical is free. For others that don't have services with us or packages, a low fee of $0.75USD/ minute, a minimum of 10 minutes prepaid by either credit card, (MasterCard, Visa) or Paypal. Just click on the blue remote logo support line which will download a file for you to install. Choose your OS either Windows or Mac. Just follow the instructions and a tech will assist you.
