If you forget to pay or decide not to, you will receive at least one reminder for payment.

If after this you still decide not to pay for the hosting services, your account may be suspended. This means that visitors to your site will see an "account suspended" page and you will not be able to access your files or data through Control Panel.

If you wish to pay after this date, contact our support/billing department at http://matrixserver.us/billing or mailto:support@matrixserver.us and explain the situation. Following payment, your account will be unsuspended and you will be able to use the services as normal again.

Note that there may be a late payment fee if we have to suspend and unsuspend your account.
